- Maintain and update online library of documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and Data Protection Trust Mark (DPTM) for Singapore businesses.
- Assist to develop, implement and review policies and procedures for standardization and compliance to standards;
- Ensure quality management system (QMS) and information security management system (ISMS) meets business and certification needs through setting up review mechanism to highlight to management team critical concerns of quality management system
- Ensure proper documentation control & distribution, system compliance & preparations for Management Review
- Lead internal and external audits. Ensure readiness of all sectors for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits
- Manage internal and external corrective action reports (CAR)
- Coordinate with certification bodies on audit arrangement, including sample collection quantity and subsequent off-site testing
- Work with consultants and internal customers to achieve and maintain certification i.e. ISO 9001; DPTM, etc.
- Budget planning and control for certification and testing expenses
- Coordinate resources and attend to customer audit request
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager / Head of MIS.
Requirements :
- Relevant certifications on ISO9K, ISO27K and PDPA in order to understand and lead the company towards certifications.
- Minimum 5 years’ industrial experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with internal audit and ISO implementation experiences.
- Experience in IT related industry would be advantageous
- Good analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Able to handle cross-department communication effectively
- Experience on managing Singapore government portal like GeBiz, Corp Pass etc would be an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast pace and stressful environment.
