Overseas Senior Customer Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of the company's ASA business in South East Asia local advertisers, complete business contacts, negotiations, signing and collection of payments and maintain a good Customer relationship, to achieve a stable long-term cooperative relationship;

2. Based on the customer's position, understand customer needs, and combine product characteristics to provide customers with personalized and professional business cooperation plans and profit improvement plans;

3. Be able to independently obtain sales leads and achieve the established performance goals set by the company;

4. Collect various market information and provide timely feedback to superiors and relevant departments, while coordinating and solving problems in the promotion of project operation feedback.

5. According to the needs of the company's business development, find and explore new cooperation resources and new business directions.

Job requirements:

1, have Facebook, Google, TikTok and other overseas mainstream media sales experience, customer resources are preferred;

2. Familiar with the overseas market environment, understand the app store social, tools, e-commerce, automotive, video and other industries.

More than 2 years of experience in expanding the internet/mobile internet advertising market, with experience in mobile network alliances or industry resources preferred.

4. Has good communication skills and techniques, clear logical thinking, clear goals, and strong customer management awareness.
