Job Summary
We are searching for an enthusiastic Partner Alliance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing and strengthening our key partner relationships. You will work closely with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategic alliance initiatives across sales, business development, pre-sales, and other key organizational functions to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Manage and attain highest partnership tiers with existing and new partners to drive impactful collaborative initiatives.
- Collaborate with assigned partners to establish mutually beneficial performance targets, actively monitoring progress, fostering strong engagement to drive growth and achieve shared objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner program effectiveness and engagement, fostering stronger partnerships.
- Collaborate with technology alliance partners to develop and launch co-marketing campaigns, resulting in measurable pipeline growth and increased brand visibility.
- Coordinate training and enablement programs for the CTC partner ecosystem, empowering partners to successfully sell and support our solutions.
- Strategically allocate and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to optimize partner marketing program effectiveness and drive pipeline generation, tracking ROI and performance metrics.
- Provide operational and administrative support for all partnership activities including vendor portals, deal registration/ rebate submission and claims tracking, ensuring seamless execution and efficient communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Alliance / Partner Marketing, including experience in IT industry. Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Possess strong planning, project, and organizational skills
- Meticulous, Goal Oriented, Good sense of IT & Technology Trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
