Vouch is currently working with a global MNC within the Logistics space. The Application Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of a highly available and resilient IT infrastructure that supports business applications.

Key skills: Networking, Servers, Virtualization, Data Centre, Middleware and Databases.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of a robust, resilient, and highly available IT infrastructure to support business applications.
  • Manage infrastructure projects, including scoping, scheduling, risk identification, quality control, and cost management.
  • Provide expert guidance on network design and improvements, and occasionally troubleshoot network issues.
  • Assess and review the existing IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networks, SAN) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Align IT infrastructure with business application requirements and suggest necessary changes or upgrades.
  • Design and implement monitoring solutions for both infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop comprehensive scopes of work and instructions for overseas IT teams and external vendors.

What I Am Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Data Center management, Network design/maintenance, Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMWare), SAN administration, and Linux.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Cisco Networks, including LAN/WAN setup.
  • Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools, as well as scripting.
  • Proven track record in project management, including managing outsourcing contracts.
  • Knowledge of middleware and databases is a plus.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
