Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships: You will develop and maintain relationships with clients across various industries to understand their unique hiring needs.
• Sourcing top talent: Utilize various channels to identify, attract, and qualify high-caliber candidates for open positions. This may include job boards, social media recruiting, networking, and candidate databases.
• Conducting interviews: Effectively screen and interview shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Matching talent with opportunity: Present a strong slate of qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview process.
• Closing the deal: Negotiate salaries and job offers to secure placements for qualified candidates.
• Building long-term relationships: Maintain positive connections with placed candidates to ensure their success in their new roles.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the Singaporean employment landscape and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
