Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optician, located in Singapore. The Optician will be responsible for performing eye exams, assisting customers in selecting eyewear, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include fitting and adjusting glasses, educating customers on lens options, maintaining accurate records of stocks. The Optician will work closely with customers to address their vision needs and provide excellent customer service.

  • Ability to educate customers on various lens options
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
