Job Description:
- Oversee all operational matters on shift, and ensure that matters are reported accordingly to supervisors (Senior Operations Executive, Assistant Manager, Assistant Superintendent)
- Maintain good housekeeping and conduct inspections to ensure that facilities are serviceable, and that all procedures are conducted timely and with standards
- Work within the Operations Team on portfolios revolving around the upkeep of facilities and aspects of resident care
- Uphold communication standards in preparation of Incident Reports and email correspondences with external stakeholders (Public, Vendors, Kin, Governmental Bodies)
- Address the psychosocial needs of residents through care & counselling and behaviour modification efforts, in-line with the Case Management Team
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent of the Home
Requirements:
- Minimally possess a degree in any field
- No experience required; fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Comfortable working with residents with multiple disabilities (physical, intellectual, psychiatric illness)
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency with report writing standards
- Able to commit 3 shifts on roster basis (Morning/Afternoon/Night)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
