Human Resource and Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR business partnering and HR operations support
- Manage end to end recruitment process. From job requisition , job posting, selection and interview, job offer and onboarding
- Collaboration and partnership with universities, polytechnics and ITEs on career fairs and internship opportunities
- Address employee inquiries, grievances and disciplinary issues
- Update and maintain HR database
- Participate in continuous improvement on HR processes
- Hands on experience in performance appraisal process
- Administer employee benefits, insurance and WICA
- Support the planning and execution of company CSR activities and events
- Manage overseas travel arrangements
- Monthly HR reporting and Ad-hoc HR projects when assigned
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HRM or related discipline
- Min 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Laws and Regulations
- Familiar with RBA requirements
- Ability to relate and communicate well
