The organization is seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Management to helm all talent management and development initiatives. This role is ideal for an accomplished Talent Management leader with a strong track record in driving impactful talent strategies across large-scale organizations. The successful candidate will be passionate about developing leadership capabilities and building high-performing talent pipelines to support organizational growth.

What is the role about?

As the Director of Talent Management, you will be a key partner to the senior leadership team, driving the talent strategy to support the organization’s transformation and growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CHRO, your role will focus on leading talent management initiatives and enhancing employee engagement across all levels of the organization in Singapore. You will leverage your expertise to shape and execute talent programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and graduate/management trainee schemes (in particular, these schemes are aimed at developing structured talent pipelines to attract and guide top talents).

Experience Required:

You are degree-qualified with at least 15 years of experience in talent management and development, with a proven track record in large-scale organizations.

Experience within industries with diverse workforces and a good mix of blue- and white-collar staff is an advantage.

You have extensive experience in designing and executing talent strategies, including talent and succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.

You are able to articulate a deep understanding of talent pipelining strategies.

You have demonstrated success in partnering with senior leadership teams (specifically C-suites) to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

You have prior experience leading/managing a team of direct reports.
