- Arrange project kick start meeting with customer to finalise detailed project specifications upon project awarded.
- Plan internal project schedule for team members to meet committed delivery date.
- Arrange internal meeting upon confirmation of new project to kick start project.
- Update of project status to customer, top management and team members.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine project specifications.
- Conduct brainstorming and design review session with team members to ensure design outputs meet project specifications.
- Ensure project documents generated by team members follow company ISO standards.
- Continuous review, enhance and improve project planning and implementation cycle.
- Provide technical support and solutions to sales inquiry.
- Generate proposal, costing and tender documents for sales inquiry.
- Liaise with customers & suppliers.
- Conduct factory acceptance test and site acceptance test.
- Manage and monitor individual project cost to work within given budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and coordination.
- Strong technical background in factory automation.
- Proven ability to plan and control project timeline.
- Demonstrate ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven ability to complete tasks given independently
