Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all CRM activities, including:Loyalty program management
    Database administration and customer segmentation
    Community engagement and member communications/events/activities
  • Oversee direct-to-consumer e-commerce promotions across multiple digital channels:SEO and SEM
    Content marketing
    Social media and other digital advertising platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to:Develop and manage campaign strategies
    Set measurable goals to track marketing performance and improvements
  • Monitor cross-platform performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports
  • Support new product launches and maintain growth for key products
  • Assist with operational tasks, such as:Invoices, purchase order (PO) creation, and member applications
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience using tools such as:Google Analytics, Google Search Console, MailChimp, DotDigital
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and HTML coding is a plus
