• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition (CVD/PVD), CMP, diffusion, ion implantation, and metrology.

Education:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 7+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or a related SME role.

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of semiconductor physics, process modeling, and failure analysis. Experience with lithography (DUV/EUV), plasma etching, ALD/CVD/PVD, and wafer bonding.

• Understanding of AI/ML applications in process optimization and predictive maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with yield improvement, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
