We are seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to guide a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and expertise in the OutSystems platform while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skill-set:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience as an OutSystems Developer;
  • Certifications in OutSystems development or architecture are mandatory;
  • Strong expertise with OutSystems Service Studio, ODC, and Lifetime;
  • Experience with C# and/or Java-based applications and should be proficient in SQL Server;
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving for OutSystems implementations;
  • Prior technical leadership experience, managing teams of at least 3 engineers;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skill-set:

  • Familiarity with other low-code platforms, coupled with experience in mobile application development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of OutSystems developers in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications;
  • Responsible to serve as a technical expert on the OutSystems platform, providing guidance and support to team members;
  • Experience in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment;
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications;
  • Responsible to facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and project progress;
  • Ensure timely project delivery and that all deliverables meet functional and performance standards.
