Job Description
- Foster and instil the organization's culture and values throughout the company.

- Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and develop an annual training plan.

- Evaluate the impact of training programs by tracking performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support Talent Management initiatives, including recommending external training resources and guest speakers, and ensuring high-potential employees receive the necessary development opportunities.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.* 5-10 years of experience in L&D, preferably in the hospitality or service industry, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Excellent skills in developing and delivering engaging training sessions tailored to diverse audiences, with a focus on hospitality-related topics.
- Proficiency in conducting training needs analyses to identify skills gaps and develop appropriate training strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and motivate staff.
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, making adjustments as needed for continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments, fostering a culture of learning and development.
