Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Weekend Sales Assistant to join our team. 6 hours per day Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales:
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and upselling products.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Store Operations:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Replenish stock and merchandise displays according to store standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking.
  • Point of Sale (POS):
  • Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately process transactions.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
  • Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic numeracy and computer skills for operating the POS system.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
