As part of our Business Development (Media) Team, you’ll be the driving force behind our media brands—reaching out, connecting, and building relationships with awesome clients. You’ll get hands-on experience in lead generation, business development, and account management while sharpening your communication and sales skills.

Think of yourself as a matchmaker between brands and opportunities! You'll help clients grow their businesses, build long-term partnerships, and even spot ways to improve our sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and establish new prospective client relationships.
  • Serve as a launch point for exploring multiple areas and opportunities in our fast-paced growth stage.
  • Organize and maintain CRM network.
  • Schedule sales meetings with potential clients and initiate potential sales pitches.
  • Create proposals for incoming client campaigns.
  • Conduct sales pitch via a consultative approach based on their needs and budget.
  • Support sales KPI through inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Research and be in touch with the industry's trends and clients' campaigns.
  • Creative in brainstorming marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare BD reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Passionate in advertising and media industry.
  • Sharp, resourceful and innovative in hunting for leads and clients.
  • Good understanding of consumer trends on social media
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and Telegram.
  • Passionate about sales pitches and closing deals.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational skills.
  • An appetite for entrepreneurship.
  • Able to commit min 6 months (onsite)
  • Opportunity to convert to perm role.
