Job Description

- Position Title: Marketing Executive
- Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Clementi)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Involves in marketing/promotion, web marketing, sales report analysis/outlet visit reports, E-shop, E-commerce, and membership management, Customer service & E-shop support:
- Develop and propose marketing strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers and outlet staff to coordinate marketing promotions
- Create promotional materials such as price cards, promotion cards, point of sale displays for dine-in menus, and newsletters
- Evaluate and recommend effective product displays and advertising materials at outlets
- Conduct market research to identify and propose new and valuable products and suppliers
- Manage updates and advertisements on the website, social media, and platforms of external merchants
- Investigate and implement effective web marketing and advertising strategies
- Regularly update Google My Business and Company’s website with monthly promotions and special menus
- Compile and submit monthly sales reports covering dining, retail, delivery, and promotions
- Document and report on fast-moving and slow-moving products
- Analyze sales reports to enhance sales strategies and promotional effectiveness
- Generate reports following each outlet visit
- Update e-shop listings with new, discontinued, or price-changed items
- Refresh e-shop with monthly promotional items and set promotional pricing
- Monitor and respond to customer and supplier inquiries via emails
- Assist with online delivery sales through various channels including phone, fax, email, and online
- Manage delivery arrangements, kitchen orders, and packaging
- Maintain communication and coordination with outlet managers and the purchasing team
