Job Description

- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Working Hours: 5 days (8am-5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage the Customer Product Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and specifications.
- Assist the Sales Support team during the quotation phase by preparing proposals and tender documents.
- Help Sales Support in initiating production job launches.
- Compile and submit pre-production documentation.
- Update customer purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Compile and submit concession and non-conformance documents to customers.
- Compile and submit final product documentation to customers.
- Manage and maintain the filing system.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

- A-Level, ITE, or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent.
- Preferred 1 year of related work experience.
- Candidates with background in business/engineering are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.

- Willingness to handle multiple tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and documents is a plus.
