Senior Finance
Objective:
To assist the head of the finance center to be fully responsible for the financial supervision of the Company's financial accounting, financial management, and business process.
Main Responsibilities:
· Formulating the relevant implementation rules of the Company according to the financial management system of the Group, and carrying out effective supervision and inspection.
· Formulating the monthly fund plan of the Company according to the requirements of the Group, and carrying out effective monitoring and risk control of the fund operation.
· Conducting continuous improvement of the Company's financial accounting and cost accounting processes.
· Responsible for the review and expense audit of the Company's daily payment projects.
· Responsible for reviewing all kinds of tax declaration of the Company to ensure reasonable tax payment of the Company.
· Responsible for reviewing the Company's external financial data to avoid the Company's business risks.
· Supervising the financial maintenance of the Company's ERP system.
· Responsible for the implementation of the latest preferential policies of fiscal and tax systems within the Company.
· Responsible for the formulation, reporting, and implementation of the Company's overall tax plan.
· Providing the necessary financial data and analysis in a timely manner as required by the Group.
· Supervising the inventory of the Company's assets and submitting the inventory report.
· Formulating the monthly fund plan of the Company according to the requirements of the Group, and carrying out effective monitoring and risk control of the fund operation.
· Conducting continuous improvement of the Company's financial accounting and cost accounting processes.
· Responsible for the review and expense audit of the Company's daily payment projects.
· Assisting the team in daily management training and assessment, and echelon building.
· Completing other tasks assigned by department leaders.
· Strictly abiding by various rules and regulations of the Company, including but not limited to employee manual, Job Description, operation instructions, etc.
