  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are an I.T Asset Trading Company our main office is located in Singapore Central Area near Redhill MRT.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Recirculate IT Pte. Ltd. located in Singapore. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the office operates efficiently, you will be handling updating accounts, payrolls and also customer claims on defective items.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR / Malaysian may apply only. ( We do not have MOM quota for other nationalities)
  • We welcome fresh graduates from ITE and Diploma.
