IN BRIEF

The Creative Associate reports to the Group Creative Director, and is responsible for supporting the Creative team in creating and execution of experiential and integrated work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, support and develop innovative concepts that align with brand and strategic objectives
  • Assist in the creation of visual, written, and multimedia content for marketing, advertising and event activations
  • Support the execution of experiential and interactive projects, ensuring seamless storytelling and engagement
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to refine and enhance creative ideas
  • Stay ahead of cultural, design and technology trends, incorporating fresh perspectives into projects
  • Integrate AI tools into the creative process, leveraging technology for innovation and efficiency
  • Provide hands-on support in production, including mood boards, pitch decks, and final execution
  • Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace both local and global, thereby supporting the creative capabilities of the company, and share regularly with the team
  • Be aware of updates, developing and new technologies and how they may be implemented infuture projects
  • Understand cultural shifts across relevant demographics
