- Being the interface with suppliers for all materials related topics with close collaboration with cross-functional teams, which may include representation from Plan, Source, Deliver, Internal and External manufacturing sites, R&D, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.

- Planning, Source, Engineering, R&D, Quality Assurance or Supply Chain Operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, inventory optimization techniques and data analysis tools.
- Proactive thinker and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate business objective into concrete action plans.
- A solid understanding of business priorities, and proficient in marketplace dynamics, processes, tools within Supply Chain while maintaining excellent customer focus are required.
- Ability to influence at all levels within the Supply Chain & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment and externally.
- Able to see the big pictures as well as deep dive into the details in both execution and systems.
- Ability to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
