What the role is:You will be working with the Service Excellence Office (SEO), Information Technology Division (ITD), and Communications & Engagement Division (CED) under the Ministry of Law (MinLaw) to review and redesign the MinLaw website and selected e-services. The objective is to develop a citizen-centric user experience to cater to visitors of the MinLaw website and members of the public who require MinLaw's services. The revamped website is aimed to nudge members of the public towards self-help through easy navigation of information and e-services on our website and microsites that are relevant to them.What you will be working on:You will be part of the SEO team to develop and launch the new website. To do this, you are required to work closely with the respective MinLaw Divisions to understand their operations and the related interactions with the public so as to incorporate these considerations in the development of a citizen-centric website. This would include proposing edits to the textual contents where applicable. You may also be tasked to work with third-party vendors to develop relevant tools to support the website and enhance the e-services experience. You must be a self-starter and able to collaborate with others by scheduling and facilitating discussions/meetings with relevant stakeholders to clarify their intent and make strategic design and user-experience decisions, in consultation with ITD and CED, where necessary. You should also be well-versed in using ISOMER and be able to incorporate the design considerations and user requirements as much as possible when developing the new website. Experience in WOGAA to track website and e-services statistics, produce related reports and make recommendations, where relevant, will be an advantage.What we are looking for:Key Competencies
