Purpose and Scope
As the Senior Manager, HR, you will play a key role in driving talent management, performance management and organisational development initiatives to support Sembcorp’s gas-related business operations. This role ensures that HR policies, processes and programmes align with business objectives while fostering a high-performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR business partners to design and execute talent strategies, as well as performance management initiatives to drive business performance and workforce transformation.
- Develop and execute succession planning, talent management and leadership development strategies and initiatives to attract, develop and retain skilled professionals and high potentials.
- Provide guidance on career progression frameworks to support employee engagement and retention.
- Facilitate performance management enhancements to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and career growth.
- Track and analyse talent management and employee engagement metrics (e.g. retention rates and engagement level) to inform decision and program improvement.
- Manage day-to-day talent operations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Min 7 - 10 years of related talent management, learning & development or organisational development experience.
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Engineering or related fields.
- Proven track record of building and scaling talent management function in a dynamic organisation.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills, able to partner effectively with various levels of leadership.
- Meticulous attention in details, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outcomes in all talent management initiatives.
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
