Role Summary
As an Aftermarket Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships in the automotive aftermarket industry. This involves managing and supporting distributor performance, identifying new opportunities, and executing strategies for market expansion and product launches.
Job Description
- Managing existing distributors to ensure achievement of sales targets in designated markets.
- Prospecting and onboarding new distributor accounts in selected markets.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competition, opportunities, and risks.
- Initiating and executing action plans for market development, penetration, and product launches.
- Preparing regular reports on growth opportunities, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Visiting customers to maintain and enhance business partnerships.
- Conducting market research on products and competitors.
- Attending industry events and trade shows to support sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a sales environment.
- Prior experience within the Automotive Aftermarket industry will be advantageous.
- Comfortable in travelling regionally for work when necessary.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
