Job Summary
The Trust Administrator reports to the Head of Business Development and is responsible of the marketing efforts for Butterfield Trust in Asia. The successful candidate will manage the preparation of marketing materials, coordination of marketing events, assist with client on-boarding documentation, and the production of requisite proposals for pitching and research work for SOW write ups for internal approvals.
Job Accountabilities
- Assist to prepare proposals as well as research for SOW write-ups for approval of new clients.
- Preparation of marketing materials and coordination of marketing events such as the Singapore Trust Association and STEP conferences etc.
- Providing support with the planning and execution of new ideas to meet perceived market needs.
- Preparing tailored presentations and proposals as necessary to achieve the business development goals and key client service requirements.
- Assist in data entry in Navision for all relevant information relating to prospects and new trust structures.
- Assisting with any other duties as assigned by management.
Know-How/Competency Requirements
- Good attention to details and proactive in taking initiatives.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
