The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a Venue Director to join our venue team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be a customer focused individual who demonstrates a high level of understanding the clients needs and being able to recommend solutions. If you're passionate about events and looking for career progression in the Audio Visual and Events industry, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with all stake holders to ensure successful client and venue relations are maintained to support the smooth running of all events
- Attend site inspections with venue staff and clients to arrange and plan upcoming functions to their specifications and to establish, confirm or revise their requirements
- Prepare client / production and weekly sales meetings
- Maintain an accurate and detailed client relationships through the use of the CRM system
- Administering weekly billing
- Maintaining effective communication with our Accounts Department, other venues and head office
What We Are Looking For
- Strong sales experience
- Proven experience in the audio visual or events sector
- First class customer service skills
