Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise, develop and execute digital communications plans that educate, entertain and connect with online audience – from breaking down complex transport policies and developments to telling compelling stories about our land transport network and the people behind it.
- Create multimedia content including infographics, GIFs, videos and livestreams
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and content publishers/influencers to amplify LTA’s messages
- Plan and manage digital campaigns, optimising performance within budget and time constraints
- Analyse campaign metrics, recommend adaptive strategies quickly, and prepare reports to management
- Monitor online sentiments related to LTA’s issues and work closely with stakeholders to quickly craft appropriate responses to address issues/misconceptions and enhance online engagement
- Knowledge in Mass Communications, Digital/Social Media/Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends
- Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling
- Experience in digital content creation, campaign management
- Familiarity with digital and social media ad buy planning and execution
- Self-motivated individual with adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
