Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Engineer:Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales growth plans within designated accounts and new customer segments, including market analysis and target setting.
  • Provide sales updates and forecasts, highlighting performance, challenges, opportunities, and key account activities.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to gather industry insights, competitor intelligence, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor products, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Possess knowledge of industrial automation, particularly in manufacturing, intralogistics, and warehouse management.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored AGV solutions.
  • Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and build strategic relationships.
  • Plan engagement activities to align with customers long-term investment strategies.
  • Conduct product, solution, and architecture presentations and demonstrations to increase in-house share (IHS).
  • Strategically navigate complex customer organizations to achieve business objectives.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop technical proposals.
  • Lead business proposal presentations while supporting technical teams in technical proposal development.
  • Negotiate with customers and drive deal closures.
  • Work closely with after-sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and service levels.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics).
  • Proven experience in a sales or pre-sales engineering role, ideally within the warehouse automation industry.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, warehouse control systems, and autonomous machinery.
  • Excellent technical presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Team-oriented mindset, capable of supporting and sharing knowledge with sales colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region.

  • Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 + Mobile and Transport Allowance + AWS + VB
