Customer Success Executive - Ads & Monetization

Basic Salary SG$3500 - SG$4500 + bonuses

Our client specializes in end-to-end Mobile App development, a start-up backed by young entrepreneurs and they have adopted a holistic working environment that welcomes fresh ideas to captivate the mass consumers.

They are currently seeking for an experienced Customer Success Executive (Ads & Monetization)

to assist with the account management of clients from diversified locations e.g. Dubai, Argentina, America, Spain etc.

Job Responsibilities:

· Working with clients who use platforms like Admob, Adsense, and Google Ad Manager, helping them to effectively monetize their apps, websites, or content.

· Traffic and Monetization Strategy: You need to create tailored traffic arrangements and optimize monetization strategies for different kinds of clients (e.g., those focusing on H5 games, news sites, short dramas, etc.).

· Testing and Optimization: Constantly experiment with new apps/websites or monetization solutions to improve client revenue and resolve underperforming areas (e.g., replacing low eCPM clients or poorly monetized spaces).

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Track customer performance, gather industry insights, and create actionable strategies to improve monetization and client satisfaction.

  • Sales and Performance Management: Generate business leads, manage payment settlements, and hit performance goals while handling multiple clients. Maintaining long-term trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications/Technology

· Min. 2 years relevant experience

· Fluent Bilingual in English & Mandarin (for communication with international clients)

· Familiarity with Advertising Monetization Platforms (Admob, Adsense, Google Ad Manager)

· Understanding of Global Traffic Ecosystem and Budgets

· Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: The ability to analyze data, optimize strategies, and clearly communicate with clients and internal teams.
