Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone engagements in a timely manner, check-in and assess our clients who are seniors if there’s any changes to their health and social circumstances, identifying their needs and providing the right information.
  • Identify and escalate cases to senior colleagues.
  • Maintain a professional level of care and service.
  • Conduct administrative tasks and ensure client needs are followed through.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualifications.
  • 1-year of contact centre / eldercare experience an advantage.
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Basic level of English language skills (verbal/written).
  • Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese language to communicate with seniors who are not conversant in English.
  • Good computer skills, able to handle in-house call management system.
  • Able to handle 12-hour shift work (2 days work, 2 days rest).
