Help connect with those in need! You will be part of a team in a contact centre environment. Step-by-step guidance and support will be provided for you to handle the call management system and how to communicate with the clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone engagements in a timely manner, check-in and assess our clients who are seniors if there’s any changes to their health and social circumstances, identifying their needs and providing the right information.
- Identify and escalate cases to senior colleagues.
- Maintain a professional level of care and service.
- Conduct administrative tasks and ensure client needs are followed through.
Key Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualifications.
- 1-year of contact centre / eldercare experience an advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic level of English language skills (verbal/written).
- Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese language to communicate with seniors who are not conversant in English.
- Good computer skills, able to handle in-house call management system.
- Able to handle 12-hour shift work (2 days work, 2 days rest).
