  • Lead the selection of components, wiring, and connectors for electrical and power systems, considering factors such as performance, cost, and sustainability. Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components and materials.
  • Oversee the analysis and testing of complex power systems and electrical components, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Navigate and resolve complex technical challenges in power engineering.
  • Take ownership of the full power system and electrical design process from concept to production, providing technical support during manufacturing and testing. Collaborate with senior leadership on project planning, resource allocation, and strategic road mapping.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into project designs. Lead cross-functional design reviews, providing expert insights to optimize product quality, performance, and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in robotics power systems and electrical engineering.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Expertise in electrical design tools (e.g., E3.series, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical).
  • Strong understanding of robotics power electronics, circuit theory, and energy management.
  • Experience in robotics, automotive, or commercial products.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and emerging trends in robotics power systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
