Operations Director

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s overall operational strategy in Singapore, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Lead and manage all operational departments, including but not limited to KYC (Know Your Customer), public funds, private funds, structured products, and securities operations.

Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Identify and assess operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Assist mandarin speaking clients with account - opening follow - up calls, information - change follow - up calls and other related tasks.

Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute business plans.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strategic mindset and business acumen.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3-5 years of experience in a technology-related work background.
