The Interior Designer at DB&B is a detailed-orientated person with excellent skills in space planning and conceptualizing office designs that accentuate our client’s corporate image and provide our employees with a conducive workplace. Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality designs and standards of creative solutions to the project assigned.
  • Provide necessary presentation materials as and when it is required.
  • Support Project Leader in the projects from the beginning to full completion.
  • Provide strategic thinking and analysis for projects when they are being proposed.
  • Present and sell creative solutions to clients.
  • Participate in project pitching to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage design as a strategic asset in achieving organizational success.
  • Ensure design development meets project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Champion design excellence and innovation, setting benchmarks for success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related field
  • Exceptional design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence in design.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying and presenting design stories to the stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
