- Provide weekly submission of sales call plan and sales call activity report via Delphi.fdc
- Maintain a comprehensive and updated Account Development Plan based on portfolio assigned.
- Timely submission of proposals, corporate rate agreement and RFPs
- To keep up to date with market trends, market conditions and competitor developments and customer performance
- Address and resolves any issues or complaints from clients
- Attend hotel / departmental meetings and other scheduled meetings or hotel events to support business operations, such as daily morning briefings, Business Development meetings, lateral service, etc
- Conduct “Bring Back Old Business” and repeat calls to increase demand and overall revenue
- Submit sales activities to Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales on a weekly basis, achieving the minimum number of activities per week
- Ensure that sales call plans are submitted on weekly basis the week prior to Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales
- Work with Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales to design and implement strategic business plans; identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Support Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Saless in coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales or Commercial Director
