We are a leading firm in sustainable construction, currently seeking a skilled and certified Green Mark Accredited Professional with extensive experience in Green Mark initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, supervise, and manage works related to Green Mark requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Green Mark standards throughout project phases.
• Achieve GM Platinum SLE (Super Low Energy) and PE (Positive Energy) certifications.
• Serve as the sole point of contact for all Green Mark-related matters.
• Submit Green Mark timeline, implementation plan, checklist of targeted outcomes, and documents collection with the project programme timeframe to facilitate compliance.
• Oversee the collection of all necessary Green Mark documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to green building practices.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on Green Mark strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with sustainability targets.
  
  

Requirements

• Certified GMAP / GMAAP (Green Mark Accredited Professional).
• Proven experience in managing Green Mark projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and Green Mark requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple Green Mark projects.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
