This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1. Research and compilation of new concepts/trends in the market. 2. Mass e-mailings, cold calls, arrangement for prospect meetings and conduct viewings. 3. Minutes taking with prospects/tenants/internal meetings. 4. Preparation of concept proposals for leasing meeting discussion. 5. Preparation of lease document, updating information in internal tracking report and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation. Learning Outcomes: 1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the leasing processes and exposure to preparation of the lease documentation. 2. Enhance presentation and negotiation skills. 3. Have a better understanding on the processes to determine trade mix and tenant mix.JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: 1. Strong writing and presentation skill. 2. Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Canva. 3. Relevant experience in financial anlaysis and modelling. 4.
