YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:(but not limited to)
  • Lead the process of managing salesman samples from the start before the line list is distributed to the end when the samples are shipped and received.
  • Own the reporting of KPI for salesman samples across all Apparel brands every season.
  • Create a process to track and update the adoption rate of styles across seasons for all brands.
  • Conduct gap analysis from previous processes and share best practices and insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive process harmonization across various Brands with a strong focus on driving efficiencies and optimizing business processes for the global planning function; identifying new ways to track KPIs, giving visibility to the leadership team on the KPI performance across Brands.
  • Lead and execute multiple projects at the same time, communicating closely with Project Sponsor and Project Core Members to achieve business objectives.
  • Data & Reporting: Partner with System teams in building sourcing-related data analytics and reports on analytics platforms such as Tableau.
Prerequisites
  • Experienced in identifying and leading process improvement efforts working across functions.
  • Excellent communicator to influence across functions with a clear rationalization on project objectives.
  • Experience in the Apparel industry or Supply Chain function is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong operational background to manage risk and deliver on On Time Performance (OTP).
  • Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in BI tools, e.g., PowerBI, KNIME, etc.
  • Minimum Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PPT.
