
Human Resource and Operations Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR and Operations Executive to be part of our team, playing a crucial role in managing our human resources and operational activities while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Role Overview:
As an HR and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of HR functions and supporting daily operations. Your expertise in ME Licensing, CaseTrust certification and more, will be vital in maintaining compliance and quality standards. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, and contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Maintain employee records, prepare employment contracts, and manage HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of necessary reports and documents related to ME Licensing and CaseTrust certification.
- Work closely with management to implement best practices in operations and streamline workflows.
Compliance and Licensing:
- Ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements, manage renewals and audits.
Administrative Support:
- Handle general office administration, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining a smooth office environment.
- Assist with payroll processing, employee claims, salary calculations, overtime, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS submissions).and other HR-related financial matters.
- Handle employee claims, leave management, and ensure timely resolution of payroll discrepancies.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and operations, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
