TCM Physician Assistant

Salary: 4,000−5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
About the Role:
As a TCM Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed TCM practitioners to provide high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with consultations, preparing herbal prescriptions, performing acupuncture under supervision, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist TCM physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.
• Prepare and dispense herbal medicines and formulations.
• Perform acupuncture, cupping, and other TCM therapies under supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Educate patients on TCM principles, lifestyle adjustments, and preventive care.
• Manage clinic operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
• Proficient in TCM diagnosis and treatment, with a strong understanding of TCM classical theories and traditional therapies.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset to build strong patient relationships.
• Demonstrated teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• High level of responsibility and professional ethics, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong learning ability and willingness to stay updated with industry developments and advancements.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
