  • Managing daily HR operations to support seamless business functions.
  • Serving as the key liaison with payroll vendors and ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits administration, maintaining compliance and market competitiveness.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
  • Maintaining employee records and generating reports for audits and strategic planning.
  • Facilitating employee relations efforts to promote a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Assisting in performance management initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive HR projects and initiatives.
skills and experience required
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR operations or generalist role.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and /or working closely with payroll vendors.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws, including work pass administration.
  • Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
