This position requires collaboration with CPEE, FCE teams, Global Procurement, Global Quality, and other business partners to achieve Micron’s strategic objectives and goals1.Responsibilities:Program Management: Manage and support spare management improvement activities with cross-functional groups such as TD, MFG, GP, and internal OCT teams to meet Global Operation’s Strategies Programs - Cost/Scale/Quality/Speed goals.Supplier Management and Continuous Engineering Engagement: Demonstrated experience in managing supplier relationships and driving continuous engineering engagement to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in spare part performance and overall operations.Technical Innovation: Lead and initiate innovation projects through patents and technical papers. Promote growth and a winning mindset across the larger organization.People Development: Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable equipment engineers. Provide regular feedback, develop career plans, and mentor team members to support their professional development.Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with partners both locally and globally.
