- Identify and rationalise the various repositories of official records
- Develop an appropriate filing structure and records management procedure and guidelines (from creation to destruction or archival of records), aligned to that of SGE
- Implementation/Conversion Exercise
- Gather and consolidate records from different folders and drives.
- Organize files into a coherent structure as per the approved structure
- Transfer files to new knowledge/records management system
- Support Snr Exec (CP) to review, as needed SG Enable’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) to ensure relevance and the achievement of desired outcomes and impact.
- Propose appropriate tools to faciliate data input, collection, analsysis and reporting.
