Reception cum Admin Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to provide recption service and administrative support to the team.
Roles & Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Maintain a well-organized and functional office environment, coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with organizing company events, team meetings, and celebrations.
- Support with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements, document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Other ad hoc assignements to support office operation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma and above.
- Strong communication skill, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Attributes: friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Start date: March / April
