Assist Technical Services Manager to: 1) Update project and cost data to central database 2) Update database for knowledge mgmt: a) vendor list b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A c) project timelines 3) Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Procurement, Design Mgmt, Construction etc) Learning Outcome: 1) Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects 2) Exposure to Keppel Real Estate BusinessJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: 1.
