  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a Fuel Management Services is a leading marine fuel logistics, and they supply and market bunkers to all types of vessels are hiring Technical AssistantRole: Technical Assistant $2800 - $3200Requirements:
  • Diploma in marine engineering or similar field (maritime or engineering majors are preferred)
  • At least 2 years' work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
  • Meticulous, diligent and professional
  • Good drafting and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to technical department
  • Assist with preparing and maintain of repair database and compilation of technical specifications
  • Assist with the preparation of technical reports
  • Assist of compiling and monitoring technical KPIs and deliverables
  • Coordinate with the vessels and various departments on the supply of spares, stores and other contractor services
  • Ensure the technical drawings, manuals, plans, reports, certificates and documents are accurate and well maintained in a systematic database
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
