This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: - Be fully involved in the asset operations in Keppel South Central, including but not limited to conducting iewings/visits by prospective tenants, engage and service existing tenants on their building and space requirements, - Manage and work with the outsourced facilities management companies to ensure that the building runs well befitting of a brand new prime grade building bearing Keppel's name. - Engage the external property consultants such as JLL, CBRE and Savills to build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants - Assist in driving operation excellence by reviewing existing standard operating procedures such as tenant fitout guide, leasing processes etc to provide meaningful ideas that may provide value to process improvements - Seek out new alternative revenue streams for the building, including marketing, placemaking programmes and to organise programmes/initiatives/events to create a vibrant community and create signature activities/events for the building - Plan and execute tenants’ onboarding. Work with the team to achieve the set customer satisfaction and net promoter scores. - Ad-hoc assignments e.g. new initiatives as may be reasonably requested by HQ / Department Head from time to time Learning Outcome: - exposed to a strong and wide network of real estate professionals beyond Keppel for the intern's future career. - Have a good understanding in leasing and operations processes that creates a strong foundation for a future career in real estate. - Be equipped with the fundementals of real estate operations and asset management on the ground e.g. revenue, operations, cost that builds the foundation of real estate investment and asset managementJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: - self driven and takes initiative, be comfortable to work with a wide group of people both from Keppel and external - strong communication skills - some understanding of financial modelling - preferably, be interested and have experience in events organising/placemaking/online content creation. #LI-LG1BUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMOperating Division
