  • Monitor customer interactions and service delivery to ensure high-quality support and adherence to company standards
  • Going above and beyond for clients: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
Role requirements
  • Above 9 – 11 years of proven experience in sales roles, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex financial concepts in clear, understandable terms
