- Sustain the production line to ensure Safety, Availability, Quality, Cost and Compliance (SAQCC) targets are met.
- Drive advanced failure analysis, root cause identification and corrective actions for product quality concerns and/or issues during manufacturing and NPI ramp.
- Analyzes field quality data, construct and execute design of experiments to identify areas for prevention and improved detection
- Lead process or issue technical deep dive, characterization and First Principle understanding towards long term preventive and corrective measures.

- Project Leadership & Troubleshooting - Actively works to resolve project challenges and facilitate knowledge transfer between team members focused on shared objectives.
