- Welcoming clients and candidates, directing them to appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Handling calls, messages, mail sorting, and courier coordination.
- Overseeing office cleanliness, stocking supplies, and managing meeting room setups.
- Scheduling for the Director, confirming meetings, and processing expense claims.
- Assisting with event planning and coordinating with catering vendors.
- Posting job ads, managing reports, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 3 years of receptionist experience
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to details.
- Strong business acumens and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Professional in appearance and demeanor, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application and claims system.
